Kristen was very attentive and made sure we were in the know how during the whole home-buying process. From house search to closing she was there, and even after! She made sure we were able to view homes in a very timely manner which is pertinent. Because of her flexibility we were able to make an offer on a home the first day it went on market even though she was not able to be in the area to show us the home we were interested in; she had someone come out and let us view the home. The sellers closed offers the very next day because they had several offers (including ours). We would not have our home now if Kristen wasn’t so quick to respond and resolve. Even when we had to switch lenders due to poor customer service, Kristen made sure we got in contact with a local lender that got us to our closing date in a very short amount of time. We are grateful for Kristen teaching us as first time home buyers, and her patience and personable nature. She even made sure to get us a great housewarming gift! She went over and beyond. My partner and I definitely recommend her for your housing needs :)

Kristen was referred to me by a coworker, so my expectations were high from all the good things i was told about her. From day one, she exceeded all of my expectations with the sale of my rental home.

In addition, Kristen brought in a fabulous photographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic. Kristen was excellent in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing promptly. She was always available to answer our questions and was the sweetest person. We had a great experience! Wow! Kristen made buying my house a breeze by explaining everything to me in a way that was easy to understand from initial walk through, making an offer, to working with the mortgage banker. This made it really easy to move into in just 1 month.

STOP LOOKING FOR AN AGENT AND CALL KRISTEN. Heck just text/email her. She is amazing!! Kristen has been the best agent I’ve ever worked with. She didn’t try to blow smoke she was real with us and she knew what she was doing-this woman helped us (and who ever else she was working with-we never knew she had any other clients!) in the most savage market. Houses were flying off the market as soon as they hit it. Kristen knew things and how to go about offering and fighting for a house we really wanted to make our home. She was patient with us-seeing every house we wanted to consider showing up to show a house in a quick hurry. This agent is no dummy - she is amazing. She goes above and beyond - she is trust worthy and just a pleasant and lovely person.

Not buying, but Kristen helped us find a house to rent. We were on a huge time crunch because my boyfriend had just gotten hired on the base and we needed to be moved in, in a month's time. Kristen was able to show me houses not only on the market, but houses that were getting ready to be put on the market (coming soon). This made a huge difference because rentals in the area were going like hot cakes. You had to act and act fast. It was through her daily emails that we were able to find our house before it was even officially posted on Zillow. The day it was posted, Kristen said the phone was ringing off the hook with people asking about our house, but we were already in the process of signing our lease. We would not have gotten our house without Kristen, and we thank her so much for that! Throughout the entire process she was extremely helpful and understanding. She never made me feel bad for being too picky (and trust me we were picky). She constantly reassured us that she'd find us something we'd like in the time frame we were working in. She always responded promptly to texts. And even through stressful times (our security deposit got lost in the mail - don't worry we found it) she reassured me and helped me stay calm. She is extremely encouraging and has a wonderful personality and was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be using her again in a year when we are looking to buy a house.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Kristen and her team in buying our dream home. She is everything you could want in an agent—friendly, professional, diligent, knowledgeable and organized. Kristen has a way with people that made it feel like we were just having a conversation with a friend rather than talking about such a huge life change. She was incredibly responsive to our calls/texts and answered all of our questions thoroughly, guiding us through this process every step of the way. She worked diligently to get us the best possible deal and took away so much of the stress. Not only was she wonderful to work with, but she also offers special price incentives to hometown heroes (first responders, active military, teachers and medical professionals). Being a teacher/police officer family we benefited from this and it made all the difference in us being able to buy our home.
