As a long-distance executor (from FL) of an estate in San Diego I needed to select an agent that I could rely on to sell the estate’s condo. An individual that will take care of little things that happen in the sales process, since I am so far away. I combed through 20+ agent reviews on Zillow. Kristi reviews were genuine, you could tell by the tone of the reviews, she really knew the local market, helped the buyer/seller reach their goals of a closed transaction in short order!

After the initial 30 long-distance min cell chat, and one in-person meeting at the condo, I knew she had the right local knowledge of the I-5 coastal corridor Carmel Valley/Del Mar condo market. She knew excellent best-value painters, and excellent best-value staging team. Approx. 4 weeks from on market to closing!! She was very responsive, email or text message her, you get a response in 1 hour or less! She was a pleasure to work with on the condo sale, I would recommend her as an agent without question!

From her contacts we were able to stage our home and have it show quality for the prospective buyers, in record time. Kristi was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process! We closed on our property very quickly, and Kristi was responding to us in real time throughout. She was able to assemble a team of lenders, inspectors, etc. that all were very professional and worked seamlessly together. After the close, she still kept in touch to make sure everything was OK. Kristi was the perfect realtor for us. She didn’t apply pressure and understood what we wanted in a house. We have a bit of a crazy schedule and she was able to accommodate and respond to our texts/calls late at night. When the time came to offer on a house she moved quickly and got us the house after the initial buyers backed out. Thank you for sticking with us through a year of searching. Love our new house!

We feel very lucky to have had Kristi represent us on both the selling of our family home as well as our purchase of a condo in a new area for us. Selling our family home of 20 years, downsizing, and finding a new home all at the same time was an incredibly stressful time in our lives with many moving parts. Kristi was the absolute best to work with! From the beginning she took so much time to understand our goals with our first home purchase! She was available anytime we had questions or wanted to tour and was there every step of the way. We really loved how authentic and honest she was, she never tried to make us love a home we were on the fence about and made sure we noticed all facets - negative or positive, before making a decision. She made sure that we only submitted an offer on a home that met our priorities and that we could picture ourselves in. Once we finally found our perfect home, we anticipated we shouldn't get our hopes up since it's impossible in the SD market to get a home on your first try but Kristi helped us put together a strong offer that was accepted! During those contracting and contingency stages she answered all of our many questions we had and made sure we had a thorough understanding of the contract which was such a relief since it was all new and overwhelming. With Kristi's help it went so smoothly!

She stayed in touch throughout closing and post-closing and provided referrals for trusted professionals for any home services we needed. She even checked in to make sure we were all set for moving in. We were so glad Kristi was our agent! We will be recommending her to all our friends and family!

Krisiti was extremely helpful during the purchase of my new home and provided a thorough and professional experience the entire time. She made the process super smooth and was continually "Over communicating" in the best of ways to continually keep me informed at every turn. Even after my purchase she regularly checked in with me and even went above the call to send me some space heaters (Heater wasn't working) to ensure I was in good shape. I would most certainly recommend her to anyone on the search for buying or selling a property as she proved herself to be knowledgeable, professional and most importantly "proactive" in her approach.
