Kristi Porter has served the Kansas City metro real estate market since 2004, bringing 22 years of experience to buyers and sellers throughout Kansas and Missouri. Licensed with LPT Realty and based in Shawnee, KS, Kristi holds an M.A. in Organizational Leadership and a B.S. in Business Management from Baker University, along with the ABR®, CLHMS, and WHS designations. Her approach to real estate is relationship-driven and education-first, about 90% of her business comes from repeat and referral clients who trust her to guide them through every step of the process.
Since 2016, Kristi has also owned and operated a local Kona Ice franchise, serving communities throughout Kansas and Missouri. She enjoys giving back through the business with supporting local schools, partnering with non-profit organizations, working with corporations to honor and celebrate their employees, and bringing a little extra joy to community events throughout the metro.
