Kristi Stevenson

Kristi Stevenson is a second-generation REALTOR who combines her love for the industry with her passion for education ensuring the absolute highest level of client service for both buyers and sellers. Kristi is known for her intensive hard work, integrity, and attention to detail. Kristi is very passionate about real estate, thoroughly enjoys studying the market day in and day out, and considers her business a pleasure.

Before getting her Real Estate license in 2006, Kristi grew up in the Ormond Beach area and has been an active member of the community for several decades. She has enjoyed helping with Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, Emory L. Bennett Memorial Veterans nursing home, Susan G. Komen for the cure, and others. Having taken care of elderly parents, both of whom were in the Military she feels it is her duty to help others in the same situation. She believes in giving back to help build a stronger community with her alliance with Watson Cares.
Kristi is an active full-time agent with Watson Realty Corp, who can provide first-hand knowledge of waterfront, oceanfront condominiums, golf courses, and gated communities.
