Kristin Beecher

Kristin’s integrity, strong communication skills, and tenacity have helped clients make smart real estate decisions for over 10 years. She is passionate about real estate and brings a problem-solving attitude to every transaction. She is a diligent researcher, using her analytical perspective to understand and advocate for her clients.

Kristin began her real estate career in 2010, as a Property Manager for a large residential and retail development. She was responsible for managing all building aspects, from construction and maintenance issues, to managing the homeowner association and leasing space. This experience gave her a distinctive background that she frequently draws upon, as she represents her clients’ best interests in selecting a home.

Kristin’s Midwest values taught her not only how to work hard, but that honest, ethical, clear communication is paramount in all interactions. Growing up in Iowa, at 12 years old, she began working at her well-respected family-owned retail business, established in the 1930’s. She graduated with a Business degree from the University of Iowa. Her zest for the outdoors led her to Boulder, Colorado, where she enjoyed hiking, camping and live music.

She moved to Barrington in 2008 and has been an integral contributor to the Village ever since. She is active in local education, sports and her church community at St. Anne’s. Her business acumen and listening skills contribute to her success as a Realtor, a career she embraces wholeheartedly. Kristin has a school-age son named Eli and enjoys biking, yoga, working out, and exploring cute towns.
