I'm Kristin Burns, a Northern Virginia Realtor® with Century 21 Redwood Realty who has been helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals since 2003. With more than 600 homes bought and sold throughout Northern Virginia, I've built my reputation on expert guidance, exceptional service, and proven results.
That philosophy has guided every transaction, every negotiation, and every client relationship throughout my career. Whether I'm helping a first-time buyer, a growing family, a relocating client, or a longtime homeowner preparing to sell, my focus is always on providing honest advice, personalized service, and the support needed to make confident decisions.

Since 2003, I've helped more than 600 Northern Virginia buyers and sellers successfully navigate their real estate journeys. Much of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals, a testament to the relationships I've built and the trust I've earned over the years.
A Foundation of Service
Before becoming a Realtor®, I worked for the Ritz-Carlton in Pentagon City, where I learned the gold standard of customer service. I later spent seven years teaching Spanish at Garfield High School, an experience that strengthened my passion for educating and empowering others.
These two careers continue to influence how I serve my clients today. I believe successful real estate transactions begin with listening, educating, and providing thoughtful guidance every step of the way.
Deep Northern Virginia Roots
Northern Virginia has always been home. I graduated from Lake Braddock Secondary School in Burke and attended Calvin University in Michigan, including two semesters studying abroad in Spain. I later earned both my Bachelor's Degree in Spanish and my Master's Degree in Education from George Mason University.
Since 1989, my husband Joe and I have lived in Prince William County, where we've raised our family and built lifelong connections throughout the region.
