Kristen is an amazing realtor! This was my first time selling a house and she made it as simple as possible for me. She went above and beyond to make sure she found the perfect buyer for my home and made the process simple and easy. This was our second real estate transaction with Krissy. 10 years ago she was awesome selling our house in a few days and finding us a new place that was perfect for us. This time our house also sold in a few days. She worked with us for months leading up to the listing offering suggestions to ensure a quick sale at the best price at the right time. She coordinated 40 showings and navigated us through accepting an offer, completing inspections and the final closing. She took care of all the details so we didn't have to. Kristen was amazing to work with. I would text/call her at all hours of the day (I work nights as an RN) when new houses popped up and she would respond very fast and be available to go see a place same day! Sometimes even be able to bounce over to another showing last minute because of her quick planning! Kristen is very knowledgeable, protects your integrity and truly wants the best fit for you and not for any personal gain. She made this homeownership process very smooth for me; and I’m a first time homebuyer aka clueless! She was great at breaking things down for me, and recommending the right people for each aspect like inspection/attorney (highly connected). It was fun and pleasant meeting up with Kristen! Kristin is the best! She is responsive, detail-oriented, and listens to your wants and needs and delivers! Don't let her friendly exterior fool you - she will call a spade a spade when she needs to - and gets results when she does!

Kristin is a dedicated, knowledgeable, and caring real estate agent. I have worked with her on two occasions-- once to sell my family home last summer and again recently to purchase my first home.
