I am in the military stationed overseas and when I began looking into selling my property about a year ago I admit I was extremely nervous. Kristin has made what seems like a complicated process look really easy! Fast forward to February 2023 I am closing escrow making more of a return than I could’ve ever imagined. If I could give this realtor more than 5 stars I absolutely would! 10/10 would recommend my realtor to anyone looking to buy or sell! Thank you for helping me save for my next home!

Kristin made a very difficult purchase flow as best it could. Sellers were involved in a Trust, but family forgot to put the home into the trust, and it had to go to court to change the deed! It was a long hard process, but Kristin got us there! Many many thanks to her.

Kristin is a patient and knowledgeable realtor! She was patient with what felt like endless changes to the type of home we wanted to buy and how much we could afford. She continually offered insight and guidance, and quickly provided answers to all of our questions. She was prompt to scheduling tours - same day if it works with your schedule - which really counts in the San Diego market. You will be very satisfied with her as your realtor!
