Kristin graduated from James Madison University in 1995, and she is now married with two children. Her family relocated to Mount Pleasant from Virginia in 2010, and they currently live in Rivertowne Country Club in Mount Pleasant. In Kristin's spare time, she enjoys running, watching her kids play sports, relaxing on Sullivan's Island, and dining out downtown.

Kristin has sold single family homes, townhomes, and condominiums in Mount Pleasant, Isle of Palms, James Island, West Ashley, Hanahan, Summerville, Ladson, Goose Creek, and Wando/Cainhoy. She has shown property from Seabrook to Folly Beach to Awendaw to Bonneau- all over the Charleston Tri-County area.
