Kristin is a Co-Founder and Group Leader for the Home Happy Group of Samson Properties. A Northern Virginia resident for over 30 years, she has been an awarded agent since 1999. Besides being licensed in Virginia, Kristin is also licensed in D.C. and Maryland. Kristin is a people person, plain and simple. Originally from Tennessee, she thrives on meeting new people and catching up with old friends.
