Kristina Johnson

Kristina started her career in the real estate field in 2006 when she started working with the builder Beazer Homes. She excelled with every task and sales opportunity she was given. Within her first year she assisted with sales in a dozen communities ranging from the condos in the mid $200’s to single family homes reaching up to $1 million and was the “go to” person for other salespeople in their division for help with marketing, technology and training. During her time at Beazer Homes, she was placed in several communities and was very successful in each one, generating more than $8 million worth of sales each fiscal year. She was personally awarded their Customer Experience Satisfaction award every quarter and her community was also awarded this on several occasions. Kristina was recognized not only by her division but throughout the company nationally as a dedicated and successful salesperson and a team player with her managers and co-workers.

Currently, she is a Full Time Agent Cummings & Co Realtors located in Lutherville. She found her true passion was working with those customers she was selling to for the builder. She is happy to say that she is still in contact with most all of her previous customers and has been able to help them in other real estate matters, as well as their friends and family members! In 2011 she assisted her customers in the purchase or sale of properties totaling over $3million dollars, was named Rookie of the Year and joined Long & Foster’s Directors Club for yearly sales totaling $2-$3mil. In 2015 she was awarded the Rising Star Award through the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors. And in 2016 she was awarded the Distinguished Salesperson Award. She was also chairperson for the Young Professionals Network (YPN) of GBBR, allowing her to give back to the real estate community. Kristina continues to learn and grow in this industry, acquiring her ABR, GRI, SFR designations, and most recently acquiring her CRS which only 3% of all Realtors nationwide have. All of these classes have given her the knowledge and confidence to successfully navigate this sometimes hectic world of real estate and allows her to give the best service possible to her customers.

On a personal note, she is a wife and a mother to two small children. Her son is such a character, he loves being in school and playing sports! Her daughter is so independent and loves trying new things! Kristina actively participates in fundraising for the kid’s schools throughout the year and volunteers for everything!! To round things out she has been on her neighborhood’s community board for the past eight years, arranging activities for the kids and parents alike! Her family and friends will tell you that she takes an active part in everything, and she is very committed to all that she does!
