I 100% recommend Kristina! She didn’t know us from Adam, worked with the sale of one home and building of another, and treated us with respect the entire time! She is an amazing and direct communicator. Any time I had a question, she answered within minutes. She was in our corner every step of the way and, believe me, there were some hurdles she jumped! My husband and I were looking to buy a home for two of our kids who are in college at OU. We started our search nine months ago, and over the course of that time searching for the perfect property, found Kristina to be incredibly helpful, quick to respond, knowledgeable, and a delight to work with. Being an out of state buyer in a crazy real estate market, Kristina ultimately went to check out a house on our behalf that had only been on the market for a few hours. She walked us through the home on a Zoom tour and we put in an offer the same day, site unseen. I'm the type of person who likes to do a lot of research before I make a big buying decision, so that took a lot of trust, which she earned. The negotiation process was quick and easy and she seemed to have great rapport not only with the other realtor, but with my lender, the title company, and everyone else she communicated with on our behalf. Because we are not living in the property, we have already hired Kristina to manage it so we can sleep peacefully at night knowing she has her eye on it for us. Kristina is a hard-working, honest, extremely responsive realtor, property manager and someone I would gladly now also call a friend. Five stars to you, Kristina, but only because ten isn't an option on the Google scale!
