About Kristina

Born in Fairbanks, Alaska but moved to Gold Beach, Oregon when she was 3 years old. She went to Riley Creek Elementary and graduated from Gold Beach High School in 2002. Kristina worked as a caregiver for 12 years before she decided to change career paths to be more available for her family. In 2017 she became a licensed Real Estate Agent in Oregon under United Country Coastal Frontier Realty. At the end of 2021, her Principal Broker decided to change business names and no longer be part of a franchise so she now is licensed under the name of Southern Oregon Roots Realty. She enjoys helping others and has found helping Clients Buy and Sell homes is very rewarding. Kristina is determined and doesn’t like giving up. She feels there is always a way to figure things out which helps in her business. She is almost always available and tries to be flexible with all schedules with after-hours and weekends. Kristina is very family-oriented, she has a son who graduated from Gold Beach High as well in 2021. Her Fiancé is her best friend and they enjoy the outdoors, camping, crabbing, walking their 3 dogs, and much more. She has quite a bit of family in the area and growing up here she is familiar with Curry County and its surroundings. She has it drilled in her head that time is of the essence.
