We love Special Agent Sanders! My father recently passed away and I was left with the monumental task of de-hoarding his house and getting it ready to sale. It was very overwhelming to me because I did not have family support available to help me do this. Special Agent Sanders went above and beyond, and helped me find a junker to haul off the junk, a landscaper to clean up the property, and house cleaners. Thank you so much Special Agent Sanders for all of your help in selling my father's home. I am endlessly grateful to have you as our agent, and couldn't be happier with the way everything worked out. I would definitely use Agent Sanders again to sell or buy a house.

I cannot extend enough positive feedback on our experience with Kristina!! I have been involved in several real estate transactions over the years and this was the best, smoothest, and most professionally-handled of them all. And to top it off, Kristina was selling a property for us in Old Town Orange with tenants in place and we live across the country in St. Louis. Those factors could easily have created a lot of challenges, but Kristina really knows her stuff, kept us and the tenants well informed throughout the process, and did an excellent job of marketing the property which led to multiple offers, a fast escrow, and a successful sale. You can absolutely entrust that Kristina will go above and beyond what you might typically expect from any other agent!

Kristina Sanders is a fantastic agent. My wife and I were blessed to work with her during the most recent sales of our home. My family has relocated many times and worked with some excellent agents. Kristina is by far the best. Our move was a cross-country move and very complicated – spanning 3,000 miles and three time zones. I was away for most of the process, and Kristina went above and beyond in listing and selling our home. She walked side by side with my wife and me, going above and beyond what is required as a professional realtor. There was no part of the process that Kristina did not help drive to completion. She is excellent. While this was one of the most complicated moves in our experience, Kristina handled everything to the best possible outcome. Simply put, there is no one better.
