They both extremely responsive to any questions that we had (and we had a lot!) and made time to get out quickly for showings in a tough market.They really took the time to make sure that we understood every step in process and were comfortable. My fiancé and I had been renting for years in the city when we decided to look into buying a house. We knew NOTHING about the process and all of the intricacies around buying a house. Kristina and her partner Beth were AMAZING! It took a long time for us to find the house but they were constantly checking in on us, sending us houses that they thought fit our unique needs, and answering a million of the most basic questions with a smile on their faces. They are the perfect partner for first time home buyers and I can’t recommend them enough!

My boyfriend and I are first time homeowners who knew nothing about the process of buying a house. I reached out to Kristee one night to ask some questions and she responded right away with answers as well as offering to give us a call that same night to dive a little deeper. It was all up hill from there. Throughout the process, I felt confident having Kristee as one of our realtors because she explains every single step of the process so that we understood it. Kristee teamed up with Beth Tischler during our home buying process this year. Kristee was able to clearly explain so many parts of the home buying process that I was unsure of. She made things easy and listened to what our wants and needs were as buyers. She also made great recommendations when it came to picking a mortgage lender, recommending someone to refinish our hardwood floors, and helping us decide which area of Downers Grove was right for us. She is extremely knowledgeable of the area and school systems being an educator herself. She was very responsive and was always able to promptly answer our questions! Since we bought our home Kristee has continued to offer advice as we navigate being new home owners and making upgrades to our home. I am a first time homeowner that is (slightly) overwhelmed with the whole thing. I have reached out to Kristee for multiple reasons surrounding homeownership, including referrals to providers and must say, I feel much more comfortable and dare I say excited? Kristee is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. I know when I have a question about how to handle something, she always guides me in the right direction and for that, I'm extremely thankful. Purchasing and owning a home (especially for the first time) is not for the faint of heart, but having someone as professional and well informed as Kristee, you will not go wrong.
