Kristine Bourgeois hails from Northern Idaho where she went to college at Lewis-Clark graduating 1st chair. During graduate school at Washington State University she was won 2 Kennedy Center Awards.
Kristine worked 5 summers in Manhattan, NY for the United Nations Youth Pilgrimage Office throughout undergraduate and graduate school.
She served 1 tour of duty in the US Army Chaplaincy Corps for the XVIII Airborne Corps and was awarded 2 accommodation medals for successful audits of the largest Chaplaincy fund in the Army. She especially liked driving a 5 ton, marksmanship, shooting grenade launchers, and teaching blocks of instruction about ethics and personal finance to soldiers. Kristine taught night college, humanities courses, for Central Texas College, and Campbell University at Fort Bragg and Pope Air Force Base during her military service.
Kristine worked for nearly 19 years as a CFO, with employees in 6 states and 3 offices abroad. She started in real estate in 2014 and is a full-time agent.
She enjoys serving in various "special needs" ministries for some amazing but challenged kids. This ministry is dear to her as she and her older brother raised a younger brother with Down’s Syndrome.
Kristine’s greatest passion is Real Estate. She is tirelessly working for her clients with the heart of a teacher. She believes that the first step to wealth building is investing in property by owning your own home.
Kristine holds a NC Notary Commission and has served her community as Treasurer of her 1,200 home KFII HOA and as Board President of the Apex Business Park Association.
She has been married for 29 years, has 2 sons, 26 and 28 years old, and has lived in Cary for 27 years.
