About Kristine
Kristine Crawford has been living in the Dallas/Ft Worth area since she was 3 years old, her father retired from the Air Force and moved his family from Grand Forks, North Dakota to work at General Dynamics in Fort Worth. Her feeling is that by the grace of providence she is a Texan! Kristine has always felt that Texas is the land of opportunity and that the only limits on her were the ones she imposed on herself. Whether she was raising her three children, helping out with her 10 grandchildren or supporting her husband through his entrepreneurial endeavors she learned the art of diplomacy and the skill of multi tasking. When working with clients it is her intention to treat them as one of the family and to make sure that their best interests are served.
Since 2015, Kristine and her husband have been full time investors in the real estate market. They bought their first property in March of 2015 and approached it as they always do in business, deliver quality of workmanship and stand by their product. It was also at this time that Kristine developed a passion for all things real estate and decided the best course for her would be to acquire her Real Estate Agent License. Soon after achieving her goal of REALTORĀ®, she set a new goal, to gain her Real Estate Broker's License and open her own real estate brokerage. Kristine learned through the years that the best real estate agents are happy real estate agents, with this in mind she opened her brokerage to encourage and nurture agents to their top potential, thereby being able to offer superior customer service to their clients.
Whether it is locating a possible investment property for an investor or connecting a family to their dream home Kristine is driven to ensure that the client is well served and completely satisfied. It is not lost on her that one of the largest investments made is the purchase of a home. She feels the purpose of the real estate agent is most importantly the fiduciary duty to the buyer or seller, focusing on the best dollar value for the client. The second is to be the purveyor of the best possible options available to the client, whether buying or selling. And the third purpose is to make certain the transaction is as smooth and seamless as possible, buying or selling a property can be one of life's more stressful events but with the right real estate agent it can be one of life's easiest transitions.
