Kris's expertise and up-to-the-minute knowledge of the ever-changing real estate market quickly got us the maximum amount selling our home. She is very outgoing and I know that combined with her genuinely welcoming personality is very inviting when she is doing an open house. We had four offers and she thoroughly explained each one. She was very communicative and was always happy to help us at any time of the day from start to beyond finish. She was as invested in helping us as if it were her own home that she was selling. If you're looking for someone you can count on for all aspects of the process then Kris is the one!
