Kristine Kappel Realtor Kristine has been one of the best (top 2 in my experience) realtor i have worked with so far. Kristine is one of the best communicators and negotiators. She knows the San Diego market very well and she armed me with information that helped me make a informed decision. She was very thorough in all aspects including timely follow ups to ensure a smooth transaction end to end.

Most importantly for me, Kristine actually did thorough background research and analysis on properties that i would expect my agent to do and came back with right simplified summary for me to quickly review and ask deeper questions if i wanted to get more information.

Kristine differentiated herself from the average realtor by truly representing me which means reading all documents and advising me (NOT just opening doors for viewing which anyone can do) on what my options are and what her recommendation was. She let me make informed decisions as opposed to me having to read documents and find out for myself.

From the moment I met Kristine, I knew that she would be the perfect realtor for me. As a first-time homebuyer, I had all kinds of fears. On top of that - I was buying a home that my parents would be living in with me as I become their caregiver. Knowing that my situation was unique, it felt like Kristine was constantly going above and beyond for me. Answering every question, text, email (in lightening speed) and making me feel beyond comfortable with the decisions I was making - these are just some of the reasons why my experience was as good as it was. The amount of detail that Kristine provided throughout every step of this home-buying journey was like nothing I could have imagined. Kristine is my shining star! We worked with her to find our first home and she was always so aligned to our needs and what we were looking for -- keeping us well-informed the entire way.

We did this process from another state, and she made the viewings, necessary steps, and communication so seamless it was like we were standing right next to her the whole time. She's also just so lovely and so much fun to work with -- that she turned a very stressful situation of buying a house into a fun journey.

Kristine did an absolute marvelous job at ensuring that we found everything we were searching for. We were looking for a place that can be our perfect first home after coming back to the United States from being overseas. Kristine has shown us nothing but endless support and resources to finding the right home for us. Kristine was amazing! I would recommend her to anyone that is even thinking about purchasing their first home. It’s a scary thing to jump into but she walked me through every step of the home buying process in detail and worked day and night to get me into my first home. I cannot possibly give Kristine Kappel enough praise. She consistently went above and beyond for us as she helped us navigate the scary process of buying our first home. She was prepared and ready for action every single step of the way. I know that she is THE reason our offer beat 11 others over asking price on our home! On top of all that she is a sweetheart with a fantastic sense of humor and is an absolute pleasure to work with.

Her real estate knowledge extends far beyond the home buying process and she helped us understand the convoluted regulations regarding ADUs in San Diego County. In addition to being our agent, she was an excellent mentor with regards to the principles of real estate investing and the San Diego market.

Kristine single-handedly shepherded us through a 1031 exchange. She gave us every available opportunity to complete our exchange with our dream property by structuring our seller agreement to complete our down leg purchase in the given time. We never even made it to market because she found us a buyer with a great offer before we spent any money getting the property tuned up for sale. Kristine is personable, flexible, enthusiastic, knowledgeable… she embodies everything you want in a realtor! If you haven’t called her yet, do it now!!!
