In 2016 & 2015 Kristy reached a total sales volume of 4.5 million. Over the past two years she has averaged 45 transactions per year. Kristy has extensive knowledge of how the back end of mortgage lenders work which allows her to avoid possible problems and come up with potential solutions. She is highly motivated, on top of the trends and always thinking on her toes to make deals work. Kristy strives to make you feel like your are her one and only client.

As an area native, she has extensive knowledge of local communities and a unique perspective on the changes in Northwest Ohio area over the years. She has seen the real estate market in the area go through numerous cycles and can help you gain a perspective on what that means to you over time.
