Krystal Bialata is the best realtor you could ever ask for. She gives sound advice with no pressure and follows through with everything. We had issues with people backing out and not helping us move at closing and she was there to help us pack and arranged help we needed.

I can not say enough about all her help and follow through from the beginning to even after closing.

Krystal Bialata is just a realtor she is an awesome person who actually cares for her clients.

I would reccomend her to anyone who would ask.

If I ever buy or sell again I would look no further than Krystal Bialata.

I can not say enough good things about Krystal. She was so patient with us trying to find a home in this market. She could have easily made me commit to something that wasn’t “perfect” for us but her character did not allow it. She always advised me to be patient, don’t pay for something you don’t love and when the time came we found my family’s forever home. She’s the realtor that will come to a closing in heels but if you’re looking at a fixer upper she’ll come in gym shoes and will not be scared to walk down to creepy basements with you. Absolutely love her!

My sale of my home turned out to be a particularly difficult one because we were under a time constraints with my purchase and the market had already started to soften,. Krystal ran the show beautifully by helping me stage the home, getting inspections for the buyer done, and a lot of marketing
She got the home sold in time and for a fair price.
It was a roller coaster ride for both of us, but we made it out the other end safely and I gained a new friend.
