At just 19 years old, Krystle got into commercial and multifamily financing, and she’s been doing it ever since. Over the course of her career, she discovered that in order to do business the way she wanted she needed to embrace her entrepreneurial side and become a broker. Now, with 16+ years of personal and professional real estate investment and financing experience under her belt, Krystle thrives on helping her clients secure the best financing solutions possible.

Krystle is unique in that she has explored every aspect of the real estate industry: investing, rehabbing, property management, and all types of financing. With so much personal experience, she can easily relate to (and find financing solutions for) any property or project her clients bring to the table, all while educating them on the industry and process.

Beyond Pacific Shore Capital, Krystle brings this passion for education and multi-family real estate investing to her podcast Get in the Cashflow Game with K&K, which she hosts with her husband, Kenny. Each episode combines personal development with current trends and expert guidance, educating listeners on how to create financial freedom and generational wealth.

Always the doer, Krystle embodies the word hustle and loves being busy with her work! But she also understands the importance of intentionally creating space for the things that matter most in life: her husband, Kenny, and their two young daughters, Harlo and Harper. You can regularly find her out for a kid-free Thursday date night with Kenny or on a spontaneous weekend getaway with the entire family.
