Kurt was born and raised in Connecticut and relocated to the West Coast in 1997 before becoming a desert resident in 2003. With a prior 20+ year background in Hotel Management, Kurt has the instinct to anticipate his clients' needs, manage the processes, and solve issues all with an impeccable work ethic. His attention to detail and willingness to stop at nothing to satisfy a client is natural for him.

Having lived in the Coachella Valley with his family for nearly 20 years, Kurt has a keen understanding of the differences and diversity of the numerous neighborhoods and the fit for each individual client. Kurt has been helping buyers and sellers as a REALTOR® since 2015, and after years of being part of a top producing team with Sotheby's in the desert, Kurt understood that building his own individual approach would better serve his clients’ needs.
