About Kurt

Owner – Lehmann Realty Originally from Long Island NY, Kurt realized his passion for public service and leadership very early on. Being elected Student Body President in high school fostered engagement in raising money for charity and staying involved in the community. Moving to Florida after graduation, he decided to follow his passion for fitness by becoming a fitness trainer. Enjoying the ability to change the lives of others for the better and desiring to become more effective, he began reading personal development books. It was this inspiration and meeting his mentor Anthony Robbins that would motivate him to open his own health club not long after his 21st birthday. Early success led way to a career in consulting and personal success coaching. After tragically losing his father in 2000, Kurt decided to take some time off and as he says “Get back to basics.” A fateful trip across the state would land him in Delray Beach where he fell in love with the friendly community and beautiful beaches. Desiring to share this new found paradise with others and feeling the need for change, he procured his real estate license and began selling homes. It wasn’t long before that entrepreneurial drive kicked back in and he began studying for his broker’s license. In 2010 he opened Lehmann Realty. Kurt considers himself a Delray Beach community activist and has even sought public office. His community involvements range from being the host of numerous networking groups to serving on The City of Delray Beach Code Enforcement Board. Currently the Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce Executive Board Vice Chair of Membership, he also donates much of his time and resources to local charities. As a leader in the Young Professional community, he believes in the importance of community service and that our future starts with our children.
