Kurt Sabel

Kurt has been involved in Real Estate in the Phoenix area almost 20 years and does not see why Pivotal Real Estate Solutions cannot go on for another 20 years, or more.

He cut his teeth in real estate learning the new home trade in the mid 90’s and spent the better part of almost 14 years working for a developer performing sales and marketing on everything from townhomes to semi-custom homes. He gained valuable firsthand knowledge of construction and building practices helping him to better educate and serve clients both then and now.

This experience has been instrumental in his practice, having not only assisted investors with either fix and flip or buy and hold properties but also helped traditional buyers and sellers make the right choices based on the market and their needs.

Having been in the Gilbert area for almost 20 years, he is witnessed the growing pains the town has experienced and has helped through not only work in real estate but also with past involvement in the Higley Unified School District, Boy Scouts of America and served in various capacities with several homeowner’s associations.

He and his wife Chris are both Arizona State University alumni (Go Devils) as well as their oldest son Ryan. Their youngest son, Maxwell is currently serving in the US Army.
