I am currently an active duty serving in the military and Mr. Kyle Bond was recommended to me and my family before departing overseas. The entire process of looking for a home was to be done remotely and Kyle did not miss a beat. He kept us informed during the entire process (whether renting or buying). He was upfront with the challenges about what we could face given the current housing market. In the end, we choose to buy versus renting and Kyle even took the time to physically visit the houses of our interest and provided a video walkthrough of the interior and exterior of the properties. Given the fact that we were overseas for six years and was not sure about the housing market, Kyle was able to set our minds at ease to go through this long process.

To say it plainly, we could not have been able to find a home and close without Kyle’s guidance and direction.

Therefore, I would have no reservations in recommending him as a realtor (that cares about results) to both family and friends.

Honestly 5 stars do not Kyle justice. In my time with the special operations community I have not met an individual who can exceed the holistic level of commitment to the team and success that Kyle demonstrates. A true professional, Kyle is constantly committed towards perfecting whatever craft he is dedicating himself to. As a first time home buyer, Kyle made the experience pleasant. When we first met he took the time to fully go over the home buying process as-well as answering the numerous questions I had. He shows a pleather of knowledge in what he does. He made the experience feel more personal then business which made for a pleasant experience.

Kyle did an outstanding job helping me find my home. He was always more than punctual with a coffee in hand when looking at potential homes and worked wonders talking to other agents setting up appointments on the fly. Searching for a new home can be overwhelming especially in this current market, but Kyle has made himself stand out by the way he goes above and beyond for his clients to make shopping a great experience.
