Kyle Ely

Kyle Ely is a Senior Associate Real Estate Broker with more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, specializing in Landlord representation and corporate services within the office and industrial sectors. Kyle has represented institutional and private investors in the acquisition, leasing and disposition of their assets, providing a high degree of skill and market knowledge in guiding his clients’ investment decisions. Along with the Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT Corporate Services team, Kyle continues to grow and develop the corporate service business nationally.

Prior to entering the real estate business, Kyle was a commercial construction project manager responsible for accounts such as First Union bank (now Wells Fargo) and Gap/Banana Republic stores throughout the Northeast. He is able to leverage these skills in order to better assess his client''''''''s real estate facility needs

Kyle is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Northern Fairfield County Association of Realtors, and the Connecticut Commercial Investment Division (CID).

Kyle earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, N.J. While attending Rutgers, Kyle played intercollegiate lacrosse for the Scarlet Knights.

Kyle resides in Ridgefield, CT with his wife Robin and two children, Kyle Jr. and Erica.
