Kyle was very caring and thorough! He helped my siblings and I sell our home in foreclosure and explained the process every step of the way. This was our first time ever dealing with a home, let alone foreclosure and selling; and of course the process requires a lot of heavy decision making in a short time period. But it was much easier with Kyle there to translate paperwork, answer all our questions, and not judge the situation but help us through it. We're very grateful for him!

I was referred to Mr. Kyle Souza by a friend and immediately we both clicked. Kyle sold my house September 2020 in Anaheim in just 12 days. He is a great listener and gives good sound advice and suggestions. I was so please with the sell of my house that I even purchased my new home through Kyle in Oceanside March 2021. He patient and caring. I told him what I was looking in my new home and he delivered. Kyle made me feel comfortable with him because he explained the whole process of selling and buying. If I'm ever in market of selling or buying a second home..... I'll definitely contact him again.

Kyle helped us find a great house in San Diego and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He toured houses for us when we were unable to be there, attended the inspections, and answered plenty of questions we had for our first time purchase. He made a stressful process much easier to get through.

He’s extremely knowledgeable in home repairs and improvement (which was great for my boyfriend to bounce ideas and concerns off of since I have little knowledge/experience in that area!)

I recently worked with Kyle on a purchase transaction and want to acknowledge the fact that Kyle stands out in many ways. I work with agents across the State and most of them are disorganized, lack attention to detail, part-time agents and simply do not understand the buying process or the dynamics of the market they work in. Kyle is the opposite. Kyle works full time, answers the phone when you call him, has an intricate knowledge of the real estate market and is well versus in all aspects of the transaction from negotiating, to home inspection to the loan process. I highly recommend working with Kyle if you want an honest, assiduous and present agent.
