Kyle Swink

Kyle began his career in 2011 at Max Broock Realtors Birmingham. After gaining experience by working for two top producing agents as a buyer broker, he learned a strong foundation of negotiating, client relations & marketing through his early years at Max Broock. Kyle solidified a strong foundation for his future in Real Estate. In 2015, Kyle joined Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel, looking to grow as an independent agent. Kyle soon flourished, beginning to work in the Detroit market, having just moved to the city from Birmingham. From 2016-2018, Kyle represented some of the biggest sales in the city at that time, including the highest condominium sale in the history of the city - a Penthouse condominium in the Residences at the Book Cadillac which sold for $1.8 million in 2017.

In 2019, Max Broock Realtors announced their latest office opening in Detroit. Kyle felt it was time to come back to where it began, joining Max Broock - Detroit as the one of the first agents. Kyle is beyond excited to help grow the new office in Detroit. Moving forward Kyle is looking forward to sharing his passion & knowledge for the city with his clients.
