About Kyle
A 20+ year native of Virginia, Kyle lives and breathes everything real estate. Four years at The University of Pennsylvania changed Kyle's mindset on society's perceived norm of everyday work. Entrepreneurship and generational wealth building were his true passions. After two years of D1 baseball at UPenn and two years of developing a startup with friends (that ended with a USA Today partnership) Kyle dove headfirst into real estate, happily selling hundreds of homes over the last decade.

Without a personal 'know-how' to relate to that client, can proper advice be offered? In addition, Kyle believes a real estate transaction needs to be looked at from the scope of two lenses: 1) Is this a good investment? and 2) How will this deal help my future self?
Beyond real estate's power to be leveraged towards future financial freedom, Kyle loves all his clients who trust him to buy and sell their properties. Each client will receive a fun, only-child experience during what is considered to be a stressful time in their lives. Kyle will shoulder the load in hopes of delivering a successful 5-star experience. Beyond the deal itself, the goal is to create a post-transactional relationship with the client.
In his spare time, Kyle enjoys riding bikes, hitting the gym, walks with his Australian Shepard, Oakley, and frozen margaritas (salt on the rim please!).
