We happened upon Kyle through a request a showing and it was a wonderful happenstance! From the moment we met with Kyle he was very knowledgeable, kind and serious working with us to make what ended up being a whirlwind of a transaction to get us into our dream home! Once we got into our new home he met with us at our old home to discuss what would be best to get our home market ready, he asked all the questions to know all he could about the property, was honest about his opinions when we asked for them and just all around great to work with! We listed our property on a Thursday, Kyle set a review date for Tuesday and we ended up with 6 offers to review! We thought buying our new home was going to be the hard part but being faced with all these offers and the different aspects of them, Kyle was once again incredibly helpful! We started our home buying process at the end of December and were in home half way through February. We were first time home buyers so we had almost no knowledge on what to do. We stumbled into Kyle at an open house event for another property we found on Redfin that we had looked at and while walking had a fun conversation with him while we toured the house. After a few weeks he reached out to us out of nowhere and we realized the conversation we had clearly represented a personality match between us and Kyle. We met for another 1-on-1 tour with Kyle and it was obvious he was going to be a good match for representing us in our house search. It only took a week to get the first list of properties and it was clear that Kyle honed in on what we were looking for right away often times we would find the same house online only hours before getting an email from Kyle telling us to check out the same new listing. He answered all our questions many times over because house-buying is "so simple", negotiated twice the original seller credit to handle some repairs post-closing, and definitely helped destress a very stressful purchase agreement with the sellers. He also offered perspective on not just the current sale but also our investment direction with owning property and had insight and relatable experience to share that alleviated some of our concerns on our long-term goals. I think he was a perfect match for our house hunt.
