Kyle Williams

A Jacksonville native with an accomplished financial background and unparalleled knowledge of the Florida real estate market, Kyle Williams is known for his diligent work ethic and affable personality.

Prior to entering real estate, Kyle actively managed a portfolio of commodity futures, options, and equities with Citi Bank, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo. He also founded C & K Design Partners, an interior design firm that was voted Best in Jax and was featured in Jacksonville Magazine.

At home in the fast-paced banking and interior design industries, Kyle came to value the importance of precision, detail, and timeliness-- qualities that play an important role in serving his real estate clients. A longstanding member of the Watson family, he was awarded #1 Top Team for the Avondale Ortega Office and Top Producer, Sales and Listings for the Avondale Ortega Office.

In his free time, Kyle volunteers as Chairman managing home tours each spring for the Riverside Avondale Preservation Society. He also plays kickball for local nonprofit, Stonewall Sports Jacksonville, and loves traveling to faraway places. Kyle currently resides in St. Johns County with his partner of 11 years and two furbabies, Jacques and Mammy, where he enjoys the close proximity to St. Johns Golf & Country Club and entertaining family and friends.
