About Kylie

Kylie is a Raleigh native, and though she enjoys traveling all over the world her heart has always been and will remain in the Triangle. Kylie first became a real estate agent in 2005 and loved the thrill of helping her clients find the perfect property to call their home. She thrives on the joy that comes every time she helps a first time buyer navigate the process of buying their very first home, the excitement that comes when she is able to help a current homeowner close on their existing property and then their new one in a short amount of time without stress or hassle, and has always found so much fun in looking at homes with clients while they imagine the possibilities in each. She goes the extra mile, literally, and has driven through numerous NC counties searching for just the right horse farm for out-of-state clients so they could maximize their time during each visit down. She is a critical thinker and problem solver who loves to ease the inevitable challenges that come with any real estate transaction, her goal is to help her clients have the least stress and get the best price and terms possible on the perfect property for them. Kylie has long been described as professional, highly ethical, and always holds herself to a standard of integrity that serves her clients well. She loves to help others and feels that guiding her clients through the sometimes-complicated endeavor of buying or selling property is one of the most rewarding careers out there. Kylie also holds a doctorate degree in pharmacy and when she is not helping clients and patients she spends her time volunteering in her community through several charitable organizations, hiking in the beautiful NC forests, reading mysteries, crocheting, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.
