Lacy J. Hardman's super power is creating systems and she is very passionate about offering the best customer experience for every single client, business and homes, listing and buying.

She puts love and conviction into every pursuit she invests time in! As a result of this commitment to excellence she was able to create some signature programs: The Builder PEAK Method: For Builders that allows home builders to increase balance in their business and personal lives, while generating additional revenue; The Builder PEAK Agent Training to help other real estate agents become Builder Agent Experts; The PEAK Builder Buyer Program that nurtures a great experience in preparing buyers to build and then build their ideal home with the right builder; and the Salty Signature Sales Program to sell an existing home for top dollar.

Lacy exceeded the Utah Association of Realtors experience requirement by 214% through transactions for many clients, she worked lots of early mornings to finish the Utah Broker Licensing course, studied and completed her exam within 6 weeks, and completed the 2 month investigation and review period (includes finger prints, file reviews from past transactions, etc.) and earned her Broker's license.

Lacy loves working hard to provide the best care for every client. As a result of her striving to be the best for her clients she has received multiple Real Estate Education awards, Top Producer awards 2017-2022, was nominated 2019 and 2022 Realtor of the Year, earned Top Producing Team in 2020 with Ben Hardman, Service awards for her participation as a leader on the Tooele County of Association Realtors (TCAR) board, which helps to advocate for homeownership and other local real estate policy, and was elected as the 2022 TCAR President. She has been in leadership and business ownership for 25 years.
