Born in Holland and growing up in Idaho on a large dairy farm, she now loves living in this picturesque waterfront region. Before joining Michael Saunders & Company, Lainy was an active agent in Idaho for ten years. Before moving to Florida, she also lived in Monterey Bay Area, California, and was a real estate agent in that area for six years. Lainy owns and has owned multiple rentals in Florida and has personally bought and sold industrial properties in Florida and Oregon. She has purchased a raw property in Idaho and developed and subdivided a 275-parcel subdivision.
Lainy loves anything related to real estate, the outdoors, and business opportunities in general. As an immigrant she was taught that opportunity was everywhere. She loves golf, walks, boating, gardening, yoga, and anything to keep moving. Lainy has a son in Madison, Wisconsin, a daughter in Clearwater, Florida and three grandsons. She especially enjoys the friendly small-town vibe that Englewood provides.
