About Lamia

Lamia Faruki has been licensed as an Associate Broker in New Mexico since 1995 and she takes great pride in selling homes and land as her full-time business. She has established and conducted her business by referral – meaning that she applies her advertising dollars toward marketing for her customers, rather than on marketing to get new customers.

Her goals are to provide a level of service that exceeds expectations and to earn my clients’ confidence and trust. The highest and greatest compliment that she can receive is referrals to their family, friends, and colleagues.

Lamia is a native New Mexican and has a great appreciation and affection for the big skies, diverse cultures, and landscapes in her community. She has become very well acquainted with the different neighborhoods, price points, and opportunities in the Albuquerque Metro Area over the many years that she has been selling homes here. Since Lamia worked by referral, she has had the opportunity to provide service in many different neighborhoods of her great city.

Lamia served on the Professional Standards Committee of the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors for six years. She was grateful to be able to contribute toward the upholding of the standards set by the National Association of Realtors for all real estate professionals.

She is also proud to have earned three special designations: Council of Residential Specialists (CRS), the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and the Certified Sales Professional (CSP).
