I had to sell my mother’s home after she passed away and it was an extremely emotional time for me. I didn’t know where to start. Fortunately a friend recommended Lana. I had never sold a home before and Lana was so patient and compassionate at my circumstances. I found her advice invaluable. She answered all my questions and calmly walked me through the entire process. I also needed to replace the roof and Lana even obtained 3 quotes for me! I had a solid full price offer within 24hrs of listing. I highly recommend Lana!

I have known Lana for approximately 14 years. She is the best realtor, she always answers her phone and does whatever it takes to get the deal done! She saves you a lot of money with just her experience of knowing little things about the house you are purchasing. Title companies, mortgage companies, interest rates. She also has very many influential contacts if you need anything done to your house. I would never use anyone but her sold my house and bought another one and she always would let me know what was coming up. She is very professional, nice and trustworthy. My daughter and her husband also used her and they got their dream home. She exceeded our expectations. I leave her cards at my salon and I tell every client I know GO TO LANA BURKE ! Negotiation skills: We originally met Lana when we decided to puchase a short-sale. She was extremely knowledgeable and we closed on the sale in 60 days. We contacted her again to sell that home and purchase a new one. She sold our home in 5 days, for almost $10,000 more than the list price and negotiated our new puchase. The realtor who had the home listed was very difficult to deal with and slow to respond, but Lana was still able to close the deal by our deadline and even arranged a 2 week extension and pre-occupy. She truly is a fantastic realtor!
