Lana Schinnerer

Lana is a 35-year resident of Northern Virginia. She has seen the quiet suburbs of Washington DC grow in to one of the wealthiest areas of the USA. Being the daughter of a U. S. Navy Commander meant that she moved a lot and had to make new friends often. She learned how to talk to many people and have always loved working in the Service Industry. Lana studied Hospitality and Business Mgmt in College. From her first job at McDonald's to Managing at Hyatt Hotels, she learned that the customer is always right.

Lana has been married for 29 years and she has raised 2 daughters and 1 son in Northern Virginia. As they adjust to their empty nest at home she has more time to devote to her clients. Lana also has more time to play tennis which her husband and her enjoy together. She always feels very honored for the trust that her clients put in her as she guides them through the process of buying and selling their homes. Lanas favorite part of her job is getting to know her clients and customizing the process to fit their needs. As she represents her clients she is by your side from the beginning to the end. Lana takes time to explain each part for the process and is always ready to answer any questions.

Lana is blessed to have her daughter Kayla working with her. Together they can help more people have a wonderful experience when buying and selling their homes. As a longtime resident of the Community Lana understands that you are not just buying a house. You are buying a community that you can become part of and call home.
