Lance is an excellent realtor. He stayed in constant contact with both my spouse and me. Our first buyer pulled out right before the closing, and Lance had two more potential buyers by that weekend. Because we reside in a different state, Lance would go to the home to ensure repairs were being completed, he gave us referrals and recommendations for particular vendors. He even went to the township and pick up a permit for us. Thank you for getting our house sold, Lance.

Lance was very accommodating to our schedules and really worked hard to get us into the properties we wanted to see, often on short notice. He’s observant and intuitive, quickly picking up on the styles my wife and I were interested in all while taking into consideration our family’s needs. When we did find the right house for us Lance was right there through the whole process providing timely information and advice that provided for a seamless transaction from offer through closing. Lance has been a pleasure to work with. We’ve worked with other realtors prior to Lance, and it really puts into perspective how good he is at his job. He is goal oriented and very efficient, but we never felt any pressure to buy or move the process along faster than our comfort level. He got us where we needed to be and gave us great insight along the way.

We used Lance as a seller’s and a buyer’s agent. Our house sold just after the first showing. I attribute this to Lance’s keen understanding of market changes and his suggestions on how to prepare.

Needless to say, on the buying end, my family now lives in a house that exceeded our expectations while coming in under budget.

We can honestly recommend using Lance as your agent. He is relaxed and exhibits good values and honesty, yet he does his homework and understands how to use intelligent strategy to get you where you need to be.

My fiancee and I first met Lance about 1.5 years ago as we inquired regarding a house in Whitehouse Station. We spoke on the phone briefly as the house, in question, had an offer. Lance kept in touch with us for the next 12 mos. until we finally were ready to actively look & buy. As such he is very committed to his clients and that speaks volumes.

Lance is a great realtor who is very efficient and knowledgeable about real estate and the buying process. He was patient in providing listings and showing homes that fit our needs/price range. Having said that, Lance is also very professional and helpful (kept us in the loop throughout) navigating the waters and keeping things simple. He did not miss a beat.

Lance has three special qualities about him (honesty, integrity and proactiveness). He always took the time to return our phone calls 'promptly' and checked-in with us weekly if we needed anything additional (status updates, etc).

We recently just closed on our house (01May2018) and cannot thank him enough for all he has done.

Before finding Lance, my husband and I had worked with 2 other realtors before him. Let's just say a good realtor is hard to find. Lance was the best decision we could've made on our house hunting journey. He was always extremely responsive(never waited for him to call me back or reply to emails), professional and extremely knowledgeable in his field. Lance Dunn is an asset to anyone who is going through the process of selling or purchasing a house. I am a first time buyer and this whole process was foreign to me. He explained everything to me, was patient when we went to view the laundry list of houses I had found and was willing to even meet up with me me twice to view the house I ended up purchasing. He is diligent, organized and very honest. He does not give you any false hope and was willing to go above and beyond to make sure I found a home.
