Lance Ford

Lance Ford is the Principal and Founder of Commercial Real Estate Advisors. Since starting his career as a CPA with Price Waterhouse and transitioning to the commercial real estate brokerage industry holding various leadership roles such as Vice President and executive committee member for the Cafritz Company, now Cafritz Interests, overseeing 8,000 apartment units and more than 8 million square feet of commercial office and industrial space.



Lance has been engaged in all aspects of real estate for his clients including: leasing and sales brokerage; property management for commercial, industrial and multifamily assets; construction of base building/tenant improvements/renovation/conversion; finance and consulting. Lance is the Principal Broker for the firm with licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. He also serves on several boards in the area and is a member of Leadership Greater Washington. He graduated with a BS – Accounting from The Fisher School of Accounting – University of Florida and earned his MBA – Marketing from The George Washington University.
