King Realty Group is the brainchild of Founder and Managing Broker Lance R. King. Mr. King has engineered two other successful startups and been in the Real Estate Business for over 15 years. Originally founded as Fixed Rate Properties, Inc., the company was rebranded as King Realty Group in 2013.
A Bay Area resident for nearly 30 years, Lance began his Real Estate career as an investor while President of a construction supply company that he founded and later sold. As President of Golden State Land, LLC, he specialized in the acquisition, development, and sales of residential land Statewide, in addition to providing consulting, information, and funding for Client transactions across California.
Having started several companies and been on all ends of the spectrum in Real Estate transactions many times over, he came to believe that the traditional model of Real Estate sales was outdated. He created King Realty Group to offer property owners a smarter (and less expensive) way to sell their Real Estate and Buyers the opportunity to receive the best in professional representation as well as financial reward for their choice of Real Estate company. With his combination of experience as Businessman, Buyer, and Seller, he brings a deep understanding of the both the intricacies of Real Estate transactions and the negotiation/sales process, as well as an absolute dedication to looking out for clients’ interests and providing superior service.
With his additional experience in construction and development projects, offering hands-on involvement with client transactions, and a team of seasoned professionals backing him every step of the way, King Realty is able to offer clients Better Service and Better Price, which invariably leads to Better Results.
