Lance Nobles

With over 20 years of real estate experience, Lance brings a diverse background of knowledge to any real estate transaction. Lance prides himself on honesty, integrity and listening to clients specific needs throughout the entire buying or selling process.

A native of Louisiana, he has lived in Northern Virginia for the past 10 years. He holds a B.S. in Marketing along with and MBA from LSU. Additionally, he is an alumni of the Graduate School of Banking at LSU.

Lance spends most of his down time with his wife and kids along with enjoying LSU and New Orleans Saints football.

Additionally, Lance holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. This designation represents proven expertise in financial, market, and investment analysis along with advanced negotiation. To receive this prestigious designation, one must successfully complete graduate-level education curriculum, present a portfolio of qualifying experience, and pass the Institute’s comprehensive examination.
