Lance is simply incredible. I wasn’t the easiest person to find a house for, but Lance was patient, nonjudgmental and stuck in there with me until we found the perfect spot. I’m so in love with my new home.

Lance got to know me and knew exactly what houses to send me that would work for what I needed. I felt he went above and beyond what most realtors would do. It didn’t feel like he was just trying to make a sale, it felt like he was really trying to help me.

I would recommend him to anyone who wants an A++++ experience with someone they can trust, because that is what it felt like I received!

Cheers to Lance and I will be staying in touch for all my realtor needs in the future.

Lance is as professional as they come! The housing market is a crazy place right now for many reasons, but Lance was always willing to go the extra mile for us to help alleviate any concerns we had. When we were too scared to go to open houses or in-person showings, Lance would go himself and take very detailed video walk-throughs for us. When we were ready to go check out homes in person, Lance was always super quick to respond and set up itineraries of multiple viewings to fit our schedule. When we finally found our dream home and had a difficult negotiation, Lance was there along the way to help talk us through all the pros and cons of everything, while also keeping a calm demeanor during the entire process. He always had recommendations and referrals on hand for every step of our home-purchasing and home-ownership journey. We highly recommend Lance as he is definitely an above-and-beyond realtor. Honestly, Lance was one of the most awesome people I have EVER worked with. I truly have never had such a wonderful experience with a professional. If you want help from someone who genuinely cares for his clients, he is your guy. He listens to all your needs, he is quick to respond, he pays attention to detail, and has yours and every person in your family’s best best interest at heart when working to help you find YOUR place. I went into the home hunting journey with expectations of working with someone who was ultimately only interested in getting paid. This wasn’t the case with Lance. Lance and the Wein Agency were extremely helpful with the sale of my condo this year. Their knowledge of the market led to a buyer in less than 2 weeks. Lance is the absolute best! As a first time home buyer, we really knew NOTHING. Lance walked us through step by step, he came and saw maybe 30 houses with us (maybe more!), and helped us decide what we needed and what was best for us. He was available at any time I needed and was always just a text away. If you are looking for someone who is hardworking and actually cares, Lance is your man! Glad to have found not only an all star real estate agent, but also a friend! 10/10 definitely recommend.
