About Lance

Lance grew up on the line between Travelers Rest and Blue Ridge, an upstate born and bred. He graduated Blue Ridge High School and attended classes at North Greenville University. Before becoming a realtor, he spent twenty years as a contractor, commercial electrician, and building materials salesperson; this has equipped him with unique skills not available from other realtors.

He raised three wonderful daughters, two of whom were among his first real estate clients. The twins have thriving careers in the culinary industry and the youngest is earning a degree in Psychology, they spend as much time together as their busy schedules will allow.

His passions are craft beer, great food (he can definitely point you to some great eateries in the area!) and helping people love where they live. He look forward to doing that for you.
