About Lance

Lance Welch was born and raised in Midland TX. After graduating from Midland Christian School in 2005, he went on to learn geology at Midland College. After a few years he started an oil field career and managed a Laboratory for the next eight years. In 2014 he spoke to a friend who has been a realtor over 10 years. Lance knew that was where he belonged for the rest of his career. He went to school to become a Realtor at Allied business schools. After earning his license, he started working for Keller Williams Realty and helped so many people get their dream homes that he earned a spot in the Agent Leadership Council, which is the top 20% of Midland/Odessa Keller Williams agents. Three years and so many people helped, he has thousands of pages left to write in his book we call life. Who knows, you could be the next page.
