Landa was referred to us by a friend. She was able to sell their house after another realtor had held it for over a year. Landa was our second realtor and she worked her magic. Right away she made suggestions for the assistance we needed to sell the house with little to no hassle from the mortgage company. I would tell anyone selling their house to call her immediately!!!
