Lane Jones

A true Charlotte native, Lane earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, after graduation from Charlotte Christian School in Charlotte, North Carolina. After graduating Lane worked in sales management throughout the Southeast. His career has included a position leading a large residential building subcontractor in Charlotte. Lane's interest in real estate began at an early age. Growing up, he had the opportunity to observe his father purchase and sell various properties ranging from those for personal use to those for investment purposes. His father's passion, wisdom and entrepreneurial spirit were a tremendous influence on Lane.

In 2006, Lane started a real estate company from the ground up, primarily specializing in residential properties in the Charlotte area which included Blakeney, Ballantyne, Weddington, Matthews, uptown Charlotte, Waxhaw, Indian Trail, Pineville, Mint Hill, Monroe, University City, Concord, Lake Wylie, and surrounding areas. Lane also represented numerous clients in commercial, investment and vacant land transactions. Lane has held a real estate license in North Carolina for many years. Furthermore, Lane also held a North Carolina appraiser's license which allows him to bring a unique perspective to valuing properties.

Lane is excited about the continuously growing area of Charlotte and the unique possibilities that this growth will present. Lane's recent partnership with Helen Adams Realty has created a combined level of exceptional service in the Charlotte real estate market. Personally, Lane lives with his wife Tracy, his real estate teammate at Helen Adams Realty, and four daughters in the Matthews area. Not one to sit still for long, Lane enjoys all things outdoors including fishing, hiking, hunting and gardening. He enjoys reading for knowledge, especially when it comes to real estate, and spending time with his four daughters. He is active with a local church in the Matthews area and his neighborhood and is constantly on the lookout for the perfect barbeque sandwich in the Southeast, which " has to have slaw on it."
