Buying a home in the current real estate market was daunting, but we were very fortunate to have worked with Lansing as our realtor since he made the process incredibly easy. We always had our sights set on Cohasset and as a resident we found Lansing’s knowledge and insight on specific areas and neighborhoods to be invaluable. Lansing was also incredibly patient with us. Our search spanned for several months but we never felt any pressure to put in offers or stretch beyond a number that we were comfortable with. He stayed in close contact throughout our search, always sharing listings in our desired towns as soon as they came on market, and he constantly kept us updated with the most recent home sale metrics. When we finally found our eventual home, Lansing was extremely helpful with the offer and negotiation. Between sign and close Lansing always made himself available to answer any questions that we had and made sure that we understood every aspect of the process. After we had closed, but before we moved in, Lansing was very generous with his time and helped us wherever needed – offering to check in on the house, pick up packages or deliveries, meet with contractors, etc. Lansing truly goes above and beyond to make what is typically a stressful experience as easy as possible for his clients. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Lansing and would highly recommend working with him.

Lansing was incredible during the sale of my parent's home. He was there every step of the way - from recommendations before listing it, progress check-ins, walking them through paperwork, even up until the morning of closing where he physically helped us move the final things out so the buyers could walk through the door. I can't say enough about his professionalism, mixed with his personality, and willingness to go above and beyond to make a difficult process as smooth as possible. Would recommend a million times over!

In a busy market with so many realtors to choose from, it is critical to make the right choice. Lansing Was dedicated to us and our property from preparing our home for market to closing.

Lansing took the time to research and evaluate the details of our property to come up with an aggressive, yet fair price. He represented our home like his own both in care and dedication. He made us feel as if we were his only client in the midst of a crazy market high.

Lansing is an excellent agent to work with. He helped us through the highs and lows of searching for a first home during the Covid pandemic. He was extremely helpful, keeping us appraised of new offerings as soon as they came on the market, offering valuable insights into different locations and home features, and jumping on board as we expanded our search into additional towns. At a time when homes were going for tens of thousands over asking, Lansing helped us secure our first home significantly under asking price! Buying a new home, in the very best of times and under the best of circumstances, is a stressful experience. This is especially true when you are purchasing a home from afar and have to rely on your agent to help with every aspect, large and small, known and unknown of the purchase process. We live in South Carolina and were purchasing a home in Hingham, Massachusetts.

We were extremely lucky to have had Lansing Palmer as our agent for this process. Lansing helped guide us through every step of buying this home. His knowledge of the market and his ability to communicate each and every step of the home buying maze helped us navigate this maze with as little stress and worry as was possible.

Lansing was in constant communication with us, mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. He returned calls and texts with little delay. He advocated for us and helped negotiate a fair price for the home we wanted. He responded to every request and concern that we had during the month that it took for us to find the house that met our needs, negotiate the price and to finally close.

Highly recommend Lansing as your realtor. My wife and I used Lansing as our listing agent when we were ready to sell our home. He came over to our house 3 months prior to when we were looking to sell and came up with a game plan on how the market is looking and based on current sales came up with a price to sell. We worked out a schedule on how to get our home ready before our listing date. As it got closer he did a great job checking in and answering any questions. When it was time for the open house he advertised and marketed the home exactly as discussed. Once we got our offer he walked us thru accepting the offer and the closing process. We closed our home in less than 2 months and did an exceptional job. Always available by text phone call or email and would reach out anytime there was a question or issue. We never wondered what was going on during the process because Lansing always updated us accordingly. Could not have asked for a better experience or a better agent.
