Lara Barber

Lara is proud to be member of The Kris Berger Group since 2017. Raised in Hinsdale and a 20+ year Oak Brook Resident, she has deep roots in the community combined with more than 20 years of experience as a business owner in the staffing industry. Lara is well versed in the area’s charming neighborhoods, exceptional schools and what this unique community can offer to a home buyer or seller. She and her husband Bob have three daughters growing up in the community they love.


Lara is proud to say that her ties to the community run deep for many reasons. Being a Hinsdale native, having married a fellow Hinsdale Central alumnus who is a 20+ year Math Teacher and Varsity Swim Coach at Hinsdale Central, and raising her children here all reinforce why she is passionate about the families and homes in the greater Hinsdale area.

Lara holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is avid volunteer in the community. She is an active member of the Village of Oak Brook Sports Core Advisory Committee and Head Team Representative for the Oak Brook Bath and Tennis Swim Team.
