Licensed in Virginia since 2014, I serve sellers, buyers, investors, and renters throughout Northern Virginia, with particular experience assisting first-time homebuyers, clients who are right-sizing, those exploring multigenerational living, and real estate investors. As a lifelong Northern Virginia resident, I bring extensive knowledge of the region, its communities, and the nuances of our local real estate markets to each client relationship.
My professional background extends well beyond real estate. Before entering the industry, I built experience in human resources, recruiting, education, training, and project management. My work in candidate selection, onboarding, coaching, and adult education strengthened the communication, negotiation, needs-assessment, and problem-solving skills that are now integral to the way I serve my real estate clients.
Education and professional development remain an important part of my career. In addition to working with clients, I teach the Virginia real estate salesperson pre-licensing course and serve as a certified eXp Realty Mentor, helping new and developing agents build strong foundations for sustainable real estate careers. As a coach and agent attractor, I enjoy connecting agents with the education, tools, systems, and collaborative opportunities that can help them grow their businesses and achieve their professional goals.
I have also served in leadership roles within local and state real estate organizations, including positions as a committee chair, vice chair, board liaison, and member of multiple industry committees. I hold the GRI, MRP, PSA, SFR®, and AHWD certifications and designations and remain committed to continued professional education and growth.
My academic background includes a B.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University, an M.Ed., and doctoral studies in Educational Psychology (Ph.D., ABD). The combination of psychology, education, business, and real estate has shaped an approach centered on listening carefully, understanding individual needs, communicating clearly, and helping people navigate important decisions with confidence.
